Pat and Muriel, both career Realtors, bring to the table extensive experience and knowledge of the marketplace, as well as excellent communication, marketing and negotiating skills. Pat is a Certified Residential Specialist and licensed Real Estate Broker. Pat also has thorough knowledge of new construction as a previous owner/partner in a Real Estate development company. Katie Marxhausen, Home Buyer Specialist
Katie Marxhausen, also a Home Buyer Specialist for the Turley Team, has 6+ years experience as a licensed real estate agent and 25 years in the luxury travel management field, including 5 years at Bear Stearns. Katie has an innate ability to connect with her clients and earn their trust. She is an attentive listener and skilled facilitator. Her simple philosophy is “If it’s good for my client, it’s good for me, and it’s never the other way around!” Katie and her husband Jim have two grown children and being a former Midwesterner, Katie is thrilled to be back in Glen Ellyn and close to her daughter and grandchildren. Having always been involved in her local church as a deacon, confirmation teacher and Stephen’s Minister, she feels fortunate to be a part of Keller William’s philosophy of giving back to the community. 

Carol Feld, Client Services Manager
Carol brings 10+ years of real estate experience to the team. She provides full time support to our clients throughout the listing and sale process, and manages the administrative functions of our team.

Jenna Smulski, Marketing Assistant
Jenna's strong marketing background, coupled with her numerous years of experience as a real estate marketing assistant, makes her a wonderful asset to the Turley Team. She is responsible for all marketing activities including our internet advertising and public relations.
